Correct no hicas, that is the first thing I checked for when I saw that light, as the all light up when key is in on position but car is not started. looked under and couldnt see any hicas, so I asked the previous owner and he told me that when he put the gtr diff in there he didnt see any hicas stuff.

Saw the new screen on the weekend and it is nice, not much to say about it, yeap it's glass, yeap I can see through it One thing it has got that the old one didnt is a couple of inches of blue tint at the top, but I think every screen I have seen in AU has it, but still, cant complain for free Got some pics will post tonight when I get home from work

Well true, I cant really comment as I have never owned a gtr. But I have driven a 12sec r32 gtr and I cant comment for stocker stag's but mine gets up and goes like the r32 gtr I drove, all seat of the pants guage Hence my comment linking the gtr with the stagea. Obviously I was wrong

Yeah I got several belts in there, just incase once snaps, they were provided by the previous owner, he really thought of everything!

Give Mercury Motorsports a ring, they should be able to help you out as they did most of the work on my stagea manual convert before I purchased it. Ask for Trent on 1300 558 650. But the box that went into mine was out of a r32 gtr, so it's prolly all different, but they still should be able to help you out.

Mental age: 5 Physical age: 28 Bought the stag cause the 33 just didnt cut it for size with a family of 4 to drive around including two small kids. Was not planning to buy it, just came up at a BARGAIN price and just seemed logical and just had to upgrade

Well mines a manual convert with the 260 dash, which is prolly why I have that Sync switch. I dunno if having a GTR diff makes any difference yet, I am yet to take it to a nice grassy patch for some "extra curricular" activites

Where is the button which we are all talking about? Mine is on the left hand side of the steering wheel below the console, I'll take a couple of pics on the weekend All I know that when I hit the snow button it "seems" to take off faster and the HICAS light comes on.....? So where is this sync button ?
