He means that it could be the input shaft(pinion) of the diff that is shot...in which case you would need a replacement R31 diff, which is expensive.

the non adjustable will fit ur car...it just might be difficult to get it to fit....DO NOT adjust a strut brace once it is fitted...they are not to change settings...they arent even supposed to have tension on them.......hold towers still under cornering.....that is all....

Dont get them at all...thay put extra strain on ur wheel bearings and studs....not very fun to have ur front wheel pass u when doing 140kmh....besides they are ILLEGAL!

dunno what else came out with r200...300zx did(lsd)...MAYBE s13(not sure) the 720 4wd's had a r180 with heavy duty crown and pinion(not lsd), i dunno if it was as strong as an r200 tho...

i had a l20 (the four not the six) that i put the biggest dragrace cam that crow make, Seton (glenn's dad) Motorsport headers ,2.5 inch zorst,twin 40mm webers on a datrally manifold.....bored 60thou and cleaned up the ports(not ported out, just cleaned) standard dish type pistons, and it pushed my datto 1600 to a low 14....... it had bugger all comp as i was going to supercharge it....so if u have high comp, injection, ported and pipes...it should go hard i dunno why it isnt....is ur cam timed properly?

oh....bummer...how far can u go with these motors before needing to change the ecu? im guessing head work and pipes is about it?

hey all...i just bought a r30 hatch for $200....im gunna stick the motor/box(5speed) into my 1.2litre 2wd hilux.......can the ecu be modded or do i have to buy an aftermarket computer? i want to put headers and a cam in it.....btw the motor and box are A1
