    Track Day

I only got there at like 2:30 so I missed that, some friends I bumped into there said it was pretty brutal took over an hour to clean up.
  3. I think the place is called Blue Gum Hire.
  4. Last time I needed oil and water lines in a hurry I called Enzed and they came to my house and made me some custom ones there on site and it only cost like $350

    Track Day

Yeah I went there for a looksie today and it was more Japan than BL... Cars of all sorts and drivers of all skills. Very entertaining to watch
  6. Yeah I'm the same size as you and I just got the Sparco evo3, $1099 each, fits like a glove. Amazing. I got mine from Revolution Racegear. And they're so light I almost hit my self in the face picking it up Lol
  7. I too am a man of large stature; in all dimensions (except where the ladies want it ) I'm having trouble finding a seat to fit me, if you're after a fixed back, forget about it and all the reclining ones that'll contain my massive ass don't offer any support. Your best option would be to get some new GTR seats.
  8. Labour cost for my block was $600; included Bore and Hone, Linish crank and Welsh Plugs.
  9. Tiny little mark where the vavles hit, didn't even scratch it really, just cleaned it a little, so small it doesn't even come up in the photos.
  10. Hey Guys, My Timing belt tensioner snapped and now all the valves are bent, the stems dont look that thick, I was thinking just Multigrips and bend them back?
  11. Yeah Az is doing all the work on my Skyline atm, cage, custom top mount manifold, dump pipe, IC piping. He also made a nice custom Aluminum bash plate for my WRX Does a really nice job.
  12. Hey Guys, Super Sprint this Sunday at baskerville! Should be heaps of fun Also I forgot this in the OP I don't reckon I'll be there this weekend, Skyline isn't quite finished yet, very close though!
  13. Have a chat to Adam Bogus, he hangs out over on rexnet in the tassie section. I can weld OK but I don't have a welder anymore, Dad stole it
  14. Your theory sounds good, put it into practice and let us know how you go
  15. Yeah I checked it out on Saturday morning, really nice shop, I could spend a lot of money in there.... The staircase is in the back lefthand corner, went up there and tried a few bucket seats, none fit Damn my large child bearing hips... I was thinking about going the GTR seat option but as it's a track only car I kind of wanted some bucket seats. I tried them out and they're pretty much like my WRX seats, just a little bigger.
  16. While you were in there did you spot any bucket seats that would contain a larger gentleman?
  17. anti lag would work better... But I'm skeptical about these type of devices, you might get better pulse onto the Turbine wheel but you're also only doing it on half the surface area.... it'd be like one high pressure hose squirting a water wheel as opposed to two hoses using half the pressure on the wheel. Maybe if that one hose had a better mechanical advantage over the wheel then it'd be better... More unbiased testing is required! If someone wants to donate a twin scroll turbo I'll be more than happy to test it
  18. What fuel are you using?
  19. date for the rest of the year over here on the HSCC calendar or this printer friendly version
  20. in hindsight, that would have been a good option...
  21. will that boss kit fit on a R33 GTS?
  22. Hey guys, I've got a tonne of STi and RS Liberty gear here to get rid of. Need it gone pretty quickly too. http://www.rexnet.com.au/forum/index.php?/topic/132473-gc8-sti-and-liberty-rs-misc-items/ Cheers,
