    The BOV is Atmo? If you plumb it back the way it should be, does it stop it? Maybe it's releasing the pressure towards the Heater intake.

    Nice! What fluids did you use? I found that Cold mornings, even though 1st to 2nd was still a bit Stiff, it was definately smoother and less crunchy. On the tight plug thing, I got the Exhaust place to Crack my GB filler plug while up on their hoist. It was still a major pita to undo but with a jack under a breaker bar it finally Cracked.

    I'd say that because this sounds so ludicrous, there is a good chance you are a troll... <<---- This happens alot. However, if you are 100% serious, then perhaps some engine bay pics would Help for diagnostic purposes. Does your heater etc still work?
