Hey Bman, You heard right, if your over 30 you can apply for a mature riders licence which you can go straight to your full licence thus avoiding 250cc for 1 year on your p's licence... But you must attend the pre learner riding course which is two 3.5 hour days.
I did mine recently at St Ives... Going for my p's licence soon..
Hopefully in a month... Then I can ditch my XR and get an R1! :uh-huh:
Yeah go trail riding heaps man... Its really fun, especially when you got a few mates with you as well... Also riding on trails will improve your road riding big time....
The WR's are good bikes you might want to look at the Xr400's you can get 2000 models between 4 and 5k....
Cheers.! :uh-huh:
Yeah the pre learner tests are easy as..... Anyone could pass it.
I did ! The test is two 3.5 hour days and is for the most novice riders.... The P's test is a 7 hour full day... With a 2 hour road ride and the M.O.S.T test back at the traning facility....
I got me a Xr250 road trail bike till I get off my P's then im going for a decent road bike with some grunt ! :shake:
