  1. yep...you made it sooooooGATTTTTEEEEEooooooo much better....but ruined it at the same time :-)
  2. If the gearbox they leave on your lawn suits an 82 corolla, my mates wants it.
  3. needs more information video on how said bed was damaged
  4. My id2000's idle perfect, so a clean idle with id1000's would be a walk in the park.
  5. Theres a fair difference between -5 & -7. -7's won't get you to 350kw without E85. I suggest getting the serial number off the turbo and working out what you have. ID1000's are a good injector choice as they allow headroom for further upgrades. However 600's will give you 350awkw on 98 no worries...i'm about to put up a brand new set of nismo 600cc's for sale if your interested.
  6. STOCK = 195L/hr @3bar advertised, but has been tested to flow up to 250L/hr @3bar with voltage mod. NISMO= 276L/hr @3bar advertised, but is also said to flow 25-50% more then the stock pump. ^^use worse case scenerio for calcs. I was going to try to make racewars, buttheres just to much stuff to do my car before it's ready for any track/drag stuff...so i guess maybe next year :-(
  7. Heading to Racewars eh? A nismo pump might be a option rather then a new surge tank. ~25% extra flow over stock.... It might be best just to run some rough calcs with the your current set-up....max fuel usage@ WOT vs flow rate between tank and surge tank and surge tank and fuel rail etc and see where your going to fall short.
  8. Thats sounds like a pretty sweet working week. I've asked my boss if i can do something similar when i start back in Perth...don't think it will happen though. Where is the new job at btw?
  9. I don't think the German GP will be droped entirley, it will probarly just be transfered to hockenhiem
  10. When's the baby seat going in? Awesome machine Rob!
  11. Benji, did you say once you had a mate in Japan that can get hold of 'cheaper' Jap stuff?
  12. Cheers!!! purchasing similar online right now
  13. No reason you can't set-up Vipec/haltech/link like that too. It's just more accurate & safer to do several maps for fine tuning.
  14. Ah yes... i did forget Adaptronic. I haven't used that ECU, so i'm not familar with its capabilities. Both Haltech and link/vipec can store multiple maps and select a map automatically depending on the ethonol sensor output.
  15. Haltech or vipec/link with an ethonal sensor /close thread there is a ton of info in this section on this.
  16. 1985?...does that mean i can buy a genuine ADM 32gtr from Northside nissan in a few years ? haha WA is definatly the wait awhile state. I don't want to wait awhile...i want my pump e85 now!!!!!
  17. It seems to be content on just eating guards for the moment... I'm in Perth for few years at least ...I mooved there from Newcastle just before christmas I'm up north next Wednesday... ...so another time guess...preferable when my cars finsished so i'm just spectating lol.
  18. Damn Martin, those seats look awesome. Now that i'm in WA i'm really going to have to get a look at this car one day. Yes you should...need mor vidz of skidz!!!
  19. 70!! you might actually get to change to 2nd gear :-)
  20. Thanks mate. I've had the car in storage since mid December, so there hasn't really been any progress lately . I'm currently waiting on a custom venom cat and a few random bit's from nissan Japan and then it's pretty much off to the tuners to pump some boost into her. Hopefully i'll have a big update towards the end of Feburary with some results and some info on the next phase of my build.
  21. As they discussed above, it depends on your intended use: 100% street = can get away with N1 & stock baffeled sump any track work = High flow pump (Tomie or Nitto) + 9l baffled sump with extended pickup My thoughts are that's it's better to be safe then sorry.
