  3. hi guys i purchased a nismo 320 kph speedo for my 32 gtr and went to install it and it will fit but the warning lights are in different spots so i wasnt sure if it would work so i went to remove the speedo itself and install in my cluster, It is quite different and wont fit as it has an electrical ribbon connection that my one doesnt have, I have been trying to search on the subject but cant find the answer, if I just plug the new one in will it work or will there be issues? Scott
  4. anyone? also samco dont do a complete kit so i am running out of choices.
  5. guys sorry to be a pain but is there a way to use the justjap kit and have it last eg: put silicon gasket goo on before the hose? as the genuine one which doesnt include all the hoses just the ones we can work out from the parts book (not easy) is over $450 and most of it ex japan which is 12 business days, its not that i cant wait but as its not all the hoses I am concerned about the ones left whereas the jj kit has more. Scott
  6. i was speaking to the guys at just jap and thwey say they have been running their silicon kit on their targa car for five years with no issue, are they really bad or is it an option as alot of the oem hoses are ex japan and I will have to wait weeks. Scott

  13. Hey all I am not sure if this is the best kept secret on sau but in gods name how do you get the plenum off with the engine in the car I have spent 3 hours and have stopped twice out of frustration, I got all the mounting nuts off pretty easily, took the iac valve off and then every time i move it there seems to be another hose, my plan is to remove alternator and water pump to try to gain access, is this job possible or should I bite the bullet and pull the engine out? I mean there are so many things attached to the plenum I am not sure I will get them all back on correctly, if the answer is to pull all the hoses from where the iac valve attaches how the hell do you get them back on? can someone do a tutorial on this as I have been searching for a week and mainly rb25 stuff comes up and the only rb26 thread is after the plenum is off. Thanks in advance Scott
