    Ahh... I looked on their site but obviously didn't look hard enough. I will contact them and see what they say. $600 seems a bit expensive compared to the prices of the normal (non-split) ones though.

    good luck! That is a really strange rule that I bet a lot of people have never even heard of. I can understand why they would do it for safety reasons and such but still... Does this just apply in WA or other states as well? Hopefully you wouldn't need to modify too much to get the kit to fit so then if you did get defected it would be a fairly easy swap.

    You will more than likely need to find a buyer in japan... or someone in aus that has a buyer in japan... or you could send me on a holiday to japan and I will buy it for you. It would be very cool to do but all I can say is I hope you have a lot of $$$.
