  1. forget the expenice rx7, what about the 180sx doing a 1:40. No pro driver either just a mug like the majority of us.
  2. some great discussions but pictures speak a thousand words, love the tyre racks but how have you built your benches. Do you have storage sections and what about backing boards.
  3. how was the cyper evo's boot lid ripping off down the straight with the wing, he got really unsteady after it happened as was all twitchy so much have been having some effect.

  5. there is some photos on NS with the s15 that crashed into the wall, sorry sight to see but don't know how long they will be up for http://www.nissansilvia.com/forums/index.p...0131&st=280 here is praying for a nice day tomorrow weather wise, it's not looking good if you look at the FC but they never get it right as they said today would rain.
  6. was on the phone to james and hurd it coming down the straight from corporate hill - lol
  7. there was no updates on the superlap site which was a bummer and was checking natsoft all day waiting for the numbers. Ended up getting on the blower but would have been good is someone was on the twitter thingo and sending out updates to all. Aparently even at the track it was hard to understand which car was what as it had the drivers names and they were in big led's that was hard to read. Can't wait for tomorrow
  8. james, what was you impressions?\ I have given mine elsewhere but didn't seem to hurt your times
  9. what are the cost of the epoxy floor per sqm?
  10. the NSCC meet up on wednesday nights at St Ives Max Brennas for our "Coffee and Killowatt Club", if some of the SAU members are around come and say hello. Look for the large group of mostly blokes talking tall tales and eating waffles and ice cream - lol
  11. Updated Wakefield Park 1:05.96 - A050's left over from PI Natsoft Link
  12. This thread is moving too quickly now. In relation to the updates, even if it is via email to a central list it would be great. Agree with the natsoft as think it will be too late. Matt
  13. for those of us stuck at work on the friday or saturday is there some sort of email list or sms type list we can get on to get updates during the day?
  14. looks like a fair few of the nscc will be going into the show and shine to promote the club, something new for us but sounds like fun
  15. duncan, happy to help remove your problem especially those fresh new ones......just say the word
  16. yeas somemore pics of real garages and ideas would be great, put the first coat on some of the floor early on this week and hopefully getting the fluros done this weekend. 9 twin battern suckers will give me enough light.
  17. is the SAU team going to enter into the club display at superlap?
  18. yeah we bought a house recently with a nice large garage with plenty of room, probally fit 4 cars and was a minor factor in the purchase. Got a lot of the renovations done and started to clean the concrete and going to paint with somejet dry soon but looking at building some benches and storage racks etc.
  19. interested in seeing what people have done with there garage set ups' and storge spaces as i am trying to set mine up. Post up some photos of your handy work
  20. thanks phunky, got to say loved PI so much. It is a great track
  21. Hi, Some footage of me from PI in Feb that i have finally gotten around to putting together, Fist lap was my fastest in this session with a 1.48 just as it started raining. This is from a Go-Pro hero HD and with the in cabin video sound put over it as the Go-Pro sound was no good. Got a little sideways through Turn 1 which was fun.... this is what happens when you are too busy looking at your speedo rather then the turning point. Guy in a commadore nearly cleans me up
  22. V8 supercars is the top level racing series in australia so the formula must not be too bad, i don't mind the racing and love watching bathurst and some of the longer races especially with the new fuel involving more strategy's. Playing around with the set up and i think aiming to reduce costs will only mean more people involved but they would have to be careful not to upset their original customer base as the series could fail. I could see with the changes to make it more affortable that cheaper third hand track cars as well like what we see in some of the supersprints with ex v8 supercars running around. hopefully they will run a 18in tyre that we are able to reap the benifits of cheaper tyre prices with as well, Matt
  23. my understanding was that this had already been planned and was going through approvals. There is some local articles about problems in the area with burnouts and looking at ways to take it off the streets.
  24. Be interested to see what you guys think of the new A050's as well,
  25. What tyres were you running?
