Yeah bought the Autech DE from JMS. I was going to build up a stroker L Series, but by the time I did the sums the 26 worked out better. Big Red's motor is in GTAAH yeh and Big Red will be sold either stock or with a pair of RX6s. We'll have a display on yeah. Jash

Redline GTR is right. The foam based elements have only a ~75-80% dirt retention rate - the stainless steel mesh type elements stop even less. Go for a K&N if you want your compressor blades to last. You're looking at about 150 bucks for a new K&N and adapter. Jash

We will shortly be able to offer our own Coolers - identical to Hybrid - installed with polished stainless piping and silicon connections for around 1800 bucks installed. More than a backdoor jap import for sure, but you get that. Bear in mind that the Hybrid kit with mild steel piping sells for 1580 plus freight plus fitting. Jash

Adam, Problem is that people that work in workshops, as opposed to mates or people that do stuff for "nothing", are busy and we dont gain a lot from diagnosing your problem for you and then you going off and fixing the problem yourself. Lumpy and I gave you a fairly accurate assessment of your issues when you came in, and we are more than capable of diagnosing and fixing the issues you have. Other thing to bear in mind is workshops tend not to like repairing other people's mistakes, particularly when those mistakes have cost you your available fundage and you want it done on the cheap. Dont even think about getting your box rebuilt here. Every box I've driven that has been done here has been real bad. Find the best second handy you can and put that in. Much cheaper too. Jash

I think I quoted you 1800ish installed. Worst case scenario for you is the cooler kits from Japan get caught by customs and you end up paying an extra 400 bucks then you've either got to fit it yourself or pay someone to do it. Could end up costing you well over 2k. As they say in the classics "If you dont support local businesses then they cant support you". Jash

Guys, Bear in mind that Customs are paying pretty close attention to "gifts" that are coming in these days. I can't even get legitimate trade samples in these days without paying duty and GST. If these cooler kits get caught you'll be up for 15% duty and 10% GST and you'll need a formal customs declaration which is ~100 bucks. Something to bear in mind. Jash
