  3. Yeah fair enough. I like having a 20kg bar because It's easy for me to do my sets with 20kg and 10kg plates. I have 20's on each side for warmup, I then add 10's on, then I have 2 20's, then 2 20's and a 10 either side for my max weight. Then take the 10's off and do 100kg for volume.

  18. Cool. The first few times I took it I had trouble getting to sleep at night, then I was fine.
  19. Yep, want to up to 2700 for the next month, even though I do feel sick a bit during training, like I'm going to be sick. I don't eat for a couple of hours beforehand so I'm not sure why I'm feeling like that. I cut out all cardio for the last month and a bit. I have just started doing fitness classes again last week so not much cardio at all really. I need to start training for city to surf very soon, which is 12km argh
