  1. I get about 350 - 400km's per tank Anyone know how to test the o2 sensor to see if its dead?
  2. Probably a TRUST plumback bov..... they hold high amounts of boost and with plumback it doesn't stuff up your air readings

  4. How much boost are you wanting to run? If its less then 15psi then there will be no problem with the stock BOV. If it is more then the BOV might start to leak!
  5. It was boost cutting at 10psi with the boost leak. Has probably put alot of stress on the turbo but it still seems fine now.
  6. Well the GTS25T sticker on the back of my car is looking a bit old and crappy.... Is there an easy way to remove it? Without damaging the paint?

  9. On hills motorsport dyno it put out 161rwkw on 8.8psi Torque = 615 Nm Petrol = 10.79 Speed = 127kw/h 3rd gear dyno run

  13. You can get a smoke test done which "should" show up the leak, take it to your local performance workshop and show them... It should only cost around $50.. You should also check all your intercooler pipes and connections..
  14. Well after 1 month of my car running like shit! She is finally fixed and all going well Initial Problem: As soon as I hit boost it sounded like a hair dryer in the engine bay And it just ran like shit... was lossing 40rwkw And it was now boost cutting at 10psi I took it to a local place in penrith thinking it was a boost leak... They smoke tested it and ran it on the dyno, they said they couldn't find any leaks and said that the turbo and ECU were ****ed but I said bullshit! I then took it to a few other "mate" mechanics and they couldn't find the problem. Finally I took it to Hills Motorsport..... they found one of the elbow join inetrcooler pipes had a split running along the join Apparently this can doesn't show up on a smoke test because a smoke test only runs at 3 psi and was not enough pressure to open the crack... So finally it is all fixed :D What a drama just over a stupid boost leak!
  15. aybee, thos illegal things that you listed are illegal according to the RTA but the screamer pipe is more to do with the environmental laws and therefore the fines are *HUGE* compared to standard defect fines.

Could be a few things: - If you have a pod filter with no CAI then it would be sucking more hot air from the engine bay - If youhave the stock fmic then it gets "heat soak" where it is not performing to its maximum efficieny cause it is too hot. - Spark plugs, the temp range on the spark plugs might be incorrect and therefore misfiring (long shot) I personally have never noticed any power decrease due to heat

  20. Hmmm I think this turbo might be a bit small for my desired application.... is is only rated at 350ps on the HKS website so would only make around 200rwkw I want 230 - 250rwkw
  21. The HKS 2530 is only rated for 350ps (according to the HKS website) which will only give you around 200rwkw So I don't think its worth getting one
  22. I can get one of these for $2,200 2nd hand, is this a good price? Is a direct bolt on? How much would it cost to install?
  23. Well GTS-t is R32 and GTS25T is R33 So I assume R32?
