ive seen some shocking driving ive seen some good driving a man in a truck tried to run me down on my bike on purpose my friends mum asked me to drive her to the store because she wasnt confident she could make it.... ive been in a car and weve squeezed through places i never would have attempted... one of my other friends is an awesome parker .... theres good and bad drivers everywhere but the red light stories are true.

just do what i did... put the thing on a dyno with the plate get the shop / engineer to sign that with the plate in it makes xxx keep the plate in keep the paper/ certificate in your car if they pull you over show them the plate show them the sheet ...... if they fine you take them to court.... your under the power to weight... They use these restrictor plates in racing so certain cars with more power can race in certain events.

And as for the stickers ..... if you can get the same quality/ same sticker for cheaper do so... but it wont be exctly the same... whats to get? .... i want to sell this stuff so i can put the money towards my course.... it isnt rocket science? put a metal plate over the air intake with 19 10mm holes drilled in it... i had my car detuned for 1.5 years and nothing happened to me... if the car is under the power to weight they really cant do anything to you,... prove it on the dyno with the plate in and there is really nothing they can do to u... 125kw per tonne is the rule,.. if your under that your fine.

for transport per month to work i pay around 11,000 yen oh my work pays for that but thats what it costs... (around a 21k journey) I eat out and cook usually try to cook things myself during the week i pay around 67 or 76 thousand yen per month for rent.. but i guarantee the other japanese residents in my building arent paying that much......

to this "profit" I am making please add 2 train tickets to shinagawa, 200 yen for parking my bicycle at the station, 500yen per half an hour for internet use to reply to all the pms and to post up the pictures of the items. add a few weeks to the internet cafe amount, i went to nismo 3 times. oh and also add 3800 yen for the catalogue so i could show people pictures. yes im making a huge profit instead of spending my days of doing what i wanted to i went out to shinagawa which took the whole day... you are a regular vic user and you asked me on the very last day i wasnt going to wait to see if your money cleared and keep the others waiting.
