  2. if we're planning on trying to stick as a group, then the lowest down sheds will do. will aim to be there when gates open
  3. damn. pizza sounds good?you coming tomorrow? hope Miguel is gonna make it worth your while made it to be malls in one piece. got 10m through Clayton back streets before I had to break up a domestic dispute involving police to ask whoever the owner was to move their torago at least 1m closer to the curb as trailer wasn't going to fit #easternburbs

  5. he said hassle Toby, not hustle
  6. PM'ing. I'll get there as gates open and reserve at least 2 car ports for SAU?
  7. huh? I see the emergency entry options, but regs dont mention anything. sarcasm?
  8. lets not talk about wheel spin and how long tyres will last hopefully get a fair few days from the R compounds
  9. The social side of a club is important. personally, I would prefer a well-run, committed car club full of decent people than something full of people I didn't like, but share a common car and being part of a convoy.
  10. this + insurance. cleaned me out like vegas.
  11. that guy who died recently from not using axel stands... probably a Costco jack

  13. mmmm. I got a TTI one from total tools. 70mm clearance I think. was like $150 or something. metal wheels, but other than that hasnt failed me yet. its in there: https://www.google.com.au/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&ved=0CC0QFjAA&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.totaltools.com.au%2Fsecure%2Fdownloadfile.asp%3Ffileid%3D1026874&ei=DEJ0U4SYN4OcugSoyYDAAQ&usg=AFQjCNHUQFiJrYK_aeLDc_6GwwE1dpPUAg&sig2=NOmh7uqWVJPcmkjQvJbDmw
  14. you usually need a business to sign-off or sponsor the visa application. ...see where this is going?
  15. will try properly then. thanks.
  16. how are people mounting their cameras? I have a suction mount and a roll-bar mount, but my harness bar is too low to see over the dash. 2 events ive been to now, the scrutineers have asked for a lanyard to be attached to the camera in case it comes off the mount. I was thinking of just using cable ties and wedging in a closed window or making a velcro strap or sorts. any ideas?
  17. I just called and it went straight to a real person... "have your licence number and credit card ready"
  18. awesome, thanks. theres a chance my dad might make it, so ill let you know if i do need help. since when did vicroads charge money to check demerit points? it was only like a year or two ago you could just ring up and it was read by the automated system, now you speak to someone and you have to pay for a report. utter bs.
  19. thats pretty much my view of management. its just one big hand-ball to the next person at the next meeting. anyone around clayton/mordy area tomorrow afternoon/evening feel like helping me load the pulsar onto trailer? dont think I could do it by myself, dont think it has a winch on it either. ...and the missurs wont be very helpful. she struggles to even guide people when theyre reversing.
  20. toasted sourdough sandwich is calling me.
  21. lol you'd surprised at how often that doesnt happen in science. people have feuds that last lifetimes. and usually take their opinion to the grave (especially in physics)
  22. I have an idea this morning that will save this country. it boosts morale, will increase attention of filming in australia, it gets the defense force involved in a positive way, and shows off the new fighter jets. I present to you.... TOP GUN 2
  23. looks good, will consider if car is 100% after winton. 60 entries is a good number, might fill fast though.
  24. thats not really true. we're just discussing it. no ones getting angry or beefing. people on here are raising good points. nice to chat about it online because face-to-face people get f**king heated and then you dont really want to continue because you dont want to hurt their feelings when you say "dude, you bought a $6000 camera for non-professional use, as well as buying lunch 3 days this week and you're complaining about a couple of dollars for a doctor visit?"
