I ended up buying an FJ cruiser as a tow car, and apart from being petrol only and hence a bit thirsty it has towed my 33 skyline and trailer quite nicely... I would rate it as a tow car, the only thing i will say is that if you anyone does buy one you are better off getting the towbar from anywhere else other than toyota... Its just easier to get a drop down hitch and bits and pieces... other than that, thats my 2 cents worth...

Nice work Nick, The car is coming along well... Full credit to you at how neat everything is and the quality of the work, makes me want to pull my finger out and neaten mine up... mine is nowhere near the standard of this build.

Any updates on how the challenger goes as a tow vehicle??? Was seriously considering this as an option...

Hi Guys, I have a set of Crux coilovers (strange Japanese brand) in my 33 GTst with some real heavy spring rates ie 14kg front and 12 kg.... The car was originally set up for drift and i am in the pocess of converting the set up to suit grip racing. I have been informed that the coilovers are quite a good quality coilover and i was looking at changing out the spring rates to suit my application... Does anyone happen to know if the spring lengths on coilovers are pretty well generic? if so what are the spring lengths for a 33 gtst as apparently the springs are different lengths front to rear if i am not mistaken?? yes e85 compatible as stated fits skyline GTR Rail... i have a lot of interest but up until recently could not confirm the fitment... but fitment has been confirmed today... cheers

More info on the injectors, they are 11mm top feed delphi injectors.. will fit standard GTR skyline

Hi, Have Big 6 Piston brembo calipers new dog bones and braided lines along with brand new DBA 5000 two piece rotors to suit 35 GTR... comes with used pads... also have brand new set of Project mu HC+ pads to suit Rotors are 380mm in size rotors in second picture are not included, top picture shows brand new dba 5000 willing to sell for $2800 which is a lot less than what i bought for but does not suit my application... will consider swap for Skyline GTR Brembo front set up.... pm or call 0422230445

Yeah well sort of... I currently have i think the origin or m sports frp front guards on my gtst and have just installed 18x 9.5+12 advan tcii wheels with 265 tyres... The wheel and tyres sit in line with the outer edge of the guard which concerns me as the car will be used for circuit racing so i think i require new / wider guards again to gain some clearance... other wise i may just have to get the wheels machined slightly...

Where are you getting the +30mm guards from? the only ones i have seen that are +30mm are the D1 Max guards?
