  1. excellent =) thanks! i found this guide a while ago quite useful but it's mainly for the main lights, not obscure ones like dash lights etc. R34 Complete list of bulbs - Skyline Owners Forum
  2. HAHAHAHHA if that's what you need to do then that makes it a redundant feature. But the question is: for those of us whose cars didn't come with this stalk, will our car have the light sensor?
  3. what's worse than tinted lights are those people with 20 year old cars whose tail lights dont work OR are SO DIM they might as well not be on - AND those people whose lights don't increase brightness when they step on the brakes, hence, no indication that they're slowing down.
  4. i had a quick look at the 300ZX link, in it Attila mentions that he included a cheat sheet on where to find bolts =) though i'm not entirely sure we'd get one because ... we are basically 'making' our own kit. so i think we'd need something like an engine bay manual !??!?! that would be a headache i reckon....
  5. i believe RHD japan have these very unique items...if not, then try nissan dealer parts! might be able to order them in.
  6. now that you mention it, i can't seem to remember a beeping with lights on + keys out. I know if i have door open + keys in, car will beep.
  7. after spark plug change my car started VERY well and idled + drove smoother as well. after a fuel filter change, it felt like it was a little smoother while idling too. but, always keep in mind the placebo effect!
  8. don't see many SAU stickers on the skylines that I see. waiting for car to come back from workshop then will give it one good wash and put on my own sticker. but my gf is repping the club, as soon as my membership pack arrived the first thing she said was "CAN I HAVE YOUR LANYARD!????" hahaha i was more than happy to let her have it, my two mistresses getting on well together
  9. interested. though i'm not sure what bolts would need changing in the engine bay....? also are you available to get them in say, black? I have an r34 GTT by the way
  10. oh hmmmm now that you mention it i dont think mine lights up either (i thought this was strange!!!) but as i got the car like that, i never knew any different. would like to find out! so i'm sorry if im hijacking your thread but this might be useful for others too: what other buttons on the doors/panels light up?
  11. group buy? let's ask for free shipping if we buy all 3.....? ahhahahha that sounds awesome, same with mat i often get out of the car and lock it and realise i have headlights still on....
  12. i DID see some new audis with darker than usual tail lights - not as dark as obviously tinted, but darker than your typical lights which made me think they came like that from factory. coincidence that you did this on an audi as well
  13. nuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu you really doing it!? car is immaculate i have seen it personally, it feels and smells brand new - not an exaggeration. this is a truly IMMACULATE car, not like all the other 'immaculate' 10 year old trashed S15s out there
  14. if it isn't expensive buy it and let us know what it does! don't quite understand what auto would be...it would somehow need to be hooked up to a sensor or something to be 'auto' wouldn't it?
  15. if you disarm it and then don't open any doors/bonnets then after 30sec or so, it will re-arm itself. so disarm, open a door, close it again and it shouldn't re-arm . if it does then...no idea
  16. you should search around on the forums for recommendations on security systems, or you can call leon @ security in motion (google it) he has a good rep around here.
  17. not to mention they 'warm up' when you switch them on
  18. if you have another car you can eliminate the battery problem by swapping that into the 34. if it's still acting up after a battery swap then yes sounds like alternator...or you stuffed up wiring somewhere? OR real simple, make sure all battery terminals are secured properly INCLUDING the nuts connecting to the alternator itself.
  19. yes there are shops and i cant suggest any cos im in sydney but i just want to reiterate that if you want to stay lowered then you will have to use adjustable bushes to eliminate camber OTHERWISE if you purely want to adjust coilovers to eliminate camber you may be going back to stock height.
  20. gunmetal grey 32 saturday night hornsby BB R34GTR lane cove rd saturday night, nismo LEDs! white 33 sunday night in hornsby
  21. aren't the stock calipers black with white lettering? my 34's calipers were once black i believe. about 14 years ago...haha. im going to do a refresh in black, have some ceramic coating black spray???? friend gave me a can.
