YAY, that motor is in a Z or ZX isnt it? I love the toyota motor conversions in them, i would have done one but i could put in an RB for way less money.

it can be done ive seen a vn commy with a rb30 running twin charger.

the idea of it is that the supercharger starts you off while the turbo spools up ie supercharger off the line, you get a quick launch and instant torque in simple terms the supercharger runs through low rpm, then once spooled and high rpm the turbo takes over ive been researching it and it can be done but does cost a sh#tload of mulla and the issues that can occure and damage that can happen to engine really kill the idea of doing it.
