you should look into the following:

a good cold air intake

ecu that supports afm with 02 feedback

larger fuel pump

larger injectors

nismo fuel pressure regulator

what tyres?

what clutch?

3.5" split dump at a minimum

what power to you plan to make?

read the thread the mafia has done as it should cover most of the questions you will have regarding it. it certainly wont be cheap and it will be laggy

As it stands now, you will have a lag monster of a turbo with no top end power. Basically any turbo upgrade requires a fuel upgrade (ecu and fpr at least) so not only will your car run like crap, but you'll also have less power than stock because your computer won't be able to run the turbo.

You're far better off waiting until you have the money for an ECU and tune ($1.5-2k) before you bolt that turbo on.

    • Despite the level up question, actually I do know what that is....it is a pressure sender wire.  So check out around the oil filter for an oil pressure sender, or maybe fuel pressure near the filter or on the engine. Possibly but less likely coolant pressure sensor because they tend to be combined temp/pressure senders if you have one. Could also be brake pressure (in a brake line somewhere pre ABS) but maybe I'm the only one that has that on a skyline.
    • Pull codes via the self-diagnosis procedure. As far as I can tell this is just a sign of transmission issues but not a code unto itself.
    • Hi All, putting the engine back together and everything is perfect except have this plug left over.. any ideas what it is for and where it goes? Is on cold side under the intake plenum *note not a stock plug, as everything has been modified Cheers
    • Sounds like a misfire. Check fuel pressure and don't even think about going into boost while it's like this unless you enjoy engine rebuilds.
