Why the f**k would you mod up your Xbox?

I mean, I've modded up my sound system, TV and that to have everything plugged together but never have I modded a game system...

Too much time on your hands, I presume?

HA HA HA... I used to be into XBOX and case modding years ago! Was alot of fun... I used to do chip installs on XBOX and some case mods on pc's!

Anyway here is a few pic's of my old modded XBOX, it was removed from its standard case and I modified the board and power supply so I could mount it into a slim PC case...

Yeah, lol, sorry man I take it back.

'Chipping' is a different story, I thought you were just painting cases and shit lol.

That XBOX-comp thing looks SICK! How the heck did you manage that?

Man if I was as smart as you I'd be building a one-in-all console system for every game and sell it for good $$$.

My idea! :P

As for installing neons it's as easy as changing a brake light.

Yeah if you any play games then it is totally use less!!!!

Im totally the opposite, don't play games but rather use my xbox as a media centre. Im running the application XBMC as my xbox's dashboard.

The LCD is great as when i play tv episodes or dvd's it shows you how long into the movie you are and how long to go.

Also when not playing movies the LCD tells the time and it makes a great night hallway/lounge room light so you can walk around without the lights on

So apart from looking fully sick it is very useful if you are playing plenty of movies/songs/tv episodes etc.

(Just ordered the X3IR so i dont have to get up to turn the xbox on and off i can now do it with the remote)
