Ross, yeah i'm not that sure yet....my brother made up piping from 304 grade SS for his calais i think....that looks pretty good.

What's the norm with material for piping anyway? Is aluminium good enough to use strength wise? I wanna keep weight down as well...so maybe SS isn't the best option. But yeah i'll figure out what to use AFTER i get the cooler,..haha

im pretty much in the same boat as you. i'll find out the best option after i get a coola... alum. gets hot quick, but on the other hand it cools quick too so i dunno. and strenght is questionable in my opinion too...

I am jealous of my bros cooler job. Done by ARE for $1700 (cooler, piping, labour, everything) ....i thought that was a reasonable price after seeing some other prices. BTW the cooler was fitted b4 he bought it.
