UPDATE: THIS HAS NOW BECOME COMPULSORY FOR SKYLINES AUSTRALIA USERS TO ATTEND!

Please support this sport (even if you're not into drifting, come down and get pissy and "check out the chicks")...check out jimmahs crazy sideways entries into cat corner at over 100kmp/h in his supercharged s13 as his car cries like a little baby begging for mercy (as seen on flyer, and yes it does sound like a crying baby)!!!!

(how's that for a plug eh)

and most of them are well worth looking at

Some decent drivers coming over from SA

this is going to go off, it will be HUUUUUUUUUUUUGGGEE

by far one of the cheapest days entertainment around - and very worthwhile checking out.

I took my brother in law to the last comp - he hadnt seen drift before.

He stood there slack jawed and wide eyed, as the first round of cars came onto the track at huge speed throught the biante Ses. Watched them sideways with smoke pouring off their tyres hammering it up the hill linking Shell corner with screamers wailing and rev limiters being abused.

Mesmerised, until all the lads had driven by - he mumbled 'I cant beleive it, this is farking nuts' (strong words for a devout christian :D )then turned to me with a huge grin, shaking his head.

It really is awesome entertainment - dont miss it or you will miss out.

We also need a picture posted up aswell for reference

hrm... werent any of you's at summer girl 2006 at gbt's about a month or two ago?? lol

i dont have many new pics yet. waiting for my photographer to get her act together and do it

    • This is a recipe for disaster* Note: Disaster is relative. The thing that often gets lost in threads like this is what is considered acceptable poke and compromise between what one person considers 'good' looks and what someone else does. The quoted specs would sit absurdly outside the guards with the spacers mentioned and need  REALLY thin tyres and a LOT of camber AND rolling the guards to fit. Some people love this. Some people consider this a ruined car. One thing is for certain though, rolling the guards is pretty much mandatory for any 'good' fitment (of either variety). It is often the difference between any fitment remotely close to the guards. "Not to mention the rears were like a mm from hitting the coilovers." I have a question though - This spec is VERY close to what I was planning to buy relative to the inboard suspension - I have an offset measuring tool on the way to confirm it. When you say "like a mm" do you mean literally 1mm? Or 2mm? Cause that's enough clearance for me in the rear :p I actually found the more limiting factor ISNT the coilover but the actual suspension arms. Did you take a look at how close those were?
    • @GTSBoy yeah sorry i know thery are known for colors bud those DBA are too in colors 🙂 Green will be good enough for me

    • Yep four point harness. Mounted to a bolted in brace running behind the seats. Dont use it for daily driving tbh but good to have for when its needed plus it looks cool.
