Thought i heard u got a 13.8 burnsie....tried listening to the microphone...

Got a new pb

13.180 @ 105mph

getting closer to the 12 sec pass....might need the cam gear to get me across the line....

gonna give it one last go with current setup....and remember to take out the sub and put boost to where i intended it...

Thats the same time as me when i ran the 275/35/19....but ur mph was higher....

good run...what tyres u using?

how many runs u get? what were ur other runs?

I was using second hand ($70 each) goodyear tyres. 235/45/17.I had three runs and that was my quickest time. First run=13.9@103mph 60' time 2.317 Second run=13.6@104mph 60' time 2.240 My third run was my quickest. Some decent tyres and a full tune should get me into the 12's.

13.8 @ 106

accidentally didnt hold gears so i lost around 1000rpm through 1st and 2nd (was trying a new launch style so got a bit nervous).

dude with that mph u should be in the low 13's whats was ur 60 footer. (im not having a shot at u either juz curious thats all)

i should be getting 13 flat at least, but it was a shocking run like i said, i wasnt using the gears properly and it was the first time i tried my new launch style. my 60 foot was 2.32. to get a flat 13 i should be working to make that a flat 2.0 or better.

theres that and the fact that i thought it was in 1st (when it was actually in D), so i went to shift into 2nd and went into neutral by accident. it was the worst ive ever driven.

yeah looks like ur getting the same mph as me....get some drag radials and bring that 60ft below 2 and u will prob run off a 13 flat....

getting some new mickey t's soon so i will be selling my current ones....

im only using some shitty 215's atm. i want all my times to be in street trim. i wont be removing anything to make it lighter either. the most i'd do is put some decent street tyres on my 17s.

    • I know people cry at the price of the Getrag 12-14k for a conversion now, but it really is a nice mid point. Not going to get change from 10k on a gearset installed.  $30k++ for sequential.   I know you run the risk of a damaged used one and parts are hard to get but as a street car gearbox its really hard to beat. If you enjoy a more traditional manual, its the choice no question.
