blind_elk
It's "LIMP" home mode. What sort of revs are you pulling when it happens? Have you tried reproducing the problem on the dyno? Sico04
sorry i knew it was limp but for some reason loop keeps comming out its happening lower in the rev range comes on between 2-3k when going up a hill Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/111945-limp-home-mode-on-32-gtr/#findComment-2076014 Share on other sites
blind_elk
That's usually a crook AFM (switches to limp-home around 2500 rpm). Unless of course you can actually get it to go past the problem. Alternately, it's a SERIOUS detonation problem, with the ECU doing some serious spark retardation. Sico04
had it run on the dyno at maztech......couldnt find any problems with it in limp home mode it made 162kw at all 4 wheels.......boost droped down to 7-8psi they think it could be the fact that i had the stock boost restrictor taken out of the line and the boost solenoid cant handle the boost........all mixtures are fine...........so WTF..........i swaped itwith another gtr and same thing happens could it be i need to use a boost controller ??? Sico04
ohh and it looks like the car used to run a Pfc as there is yellow wiring on the AFM's and one of the wires has no wear to go so its just not connected Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/111945-limp-home-mode-on-32-gtr/#findComment-2094431 Share on other sites
