I ony know the size because I fitted a pair of philips GTC1703 years ago in the same spot. they lined up and used the same screws.

for a cheap way out the pioneer ones that were mentioned will do fine. VDO also make them as do kenwood or sony. the jap brands have tags on the edges of the speakers to make them fit in the nissan hole.

pop your door apart and remove the whole pod that the speaker is bolted to. take it to a shop and test fit a few.
