That sounds a bit like the man who emailed me today telling me he's a lost king and needs to send me millions....wooooohooooo......retirement here i come all he needs in 100k for admin fee's

its only goin to be 35 levels high and 1 office per level.

the lift will be your front door, therefore a swip pass is required for each level.

anything requiring you to need a toliet or kitchen, you can use the public facilities in the queen st mall.

somehow my gut feeling tells me this building is going to be impossible to build...35 stories tall, a 4x4 base = not going to stand for long :(
