what i usually do is, reach down under the dash and pull the relase catch...oh urs is borken, im so sorry zennon :O

seriously though, i think ur gonna have trouble getting at the latch, unless u pull the whole front end apart. if the front of ur bonnet didnt come down as far, u'd be able to get to the latch, but yeah good luck :no:

Im having the same problem with my boot, it all works perfect, but when u pull the lever it doesnt pop, (only about 15% of the time) do i assume i need to get new gas struts?

    • I know people cry at the price of the Getrag 12-14k for a conversion now, but it really is a nice mid point. Not going to get change from 10k on a gearset installed.  $30k++ for sequential.   I know you run the risk of a damaged used one and parts are hard to get but as a street car gearbox its really hard to beat.
