ok who can tell me if there is an advatage on where a BOV can be fitted most ive seen are just before intake manifold the fitting instructions tell me it can go anywhere after the compressor(turbo) and before throttle body ,seeing how i have a high rise exhaust manifold and the FMIC pipes where made around this the best spot i could locate was right at the front above the old intercooler piping holes about 8 inches from the turbo outlet would this be satisfactory? plus the vaccum pipe going to the pollution canister could run the BOV , who can advise me on this?

you want it as close to the throttle body as possilbe. the reason is that way when the air is dumped it is travelling the same way it was when the throttle was lifted. then when you open the throttle again any air still in the piping is still travelling in the right direction and doesn't have to do another u-turn, so less lag.
