Yeah it got my hopes up because I still to this day have not been able to find any footage, drift or not, of another stagea on a track.

Aaaaaages ago I remember seeing a vid with a crazy 260RS in it at the drags in JP somewhere, it was crazy, launched and it spun through nearly every gear down the track, but I'll be stuffed if I can find it again :) It was a collection of cars at the same drag strip, and one was this crazy HUGE black landcruiser that sounded like it was a 747, it didn some crzy launches too.

I dunno, I didnt see the time, just kept watching the launch and watching it leap left and right on gear changes  oh yeah and it was black.

I've got the silver rs4 in NZ doing the 11sec run, if that is the one you are talking about?

haha youve gotta love the way most of the cars take it kinda slow around the onevia/180 thats spun out, then BAM stagea drifts around it at full lock! it was doing a nicer job than most other cars out there hey...

must be making some serious mumbo - it was still spinning and fishing a far while up the track.

    • We have a huge update coming in the next few months, version 5 of Invision will be released. I'm holding off any changes until after this change as I'm not sure what features will be removed or introduced.
    • Yeah, plenty of air flow, there is a dedicated path that feeds the air in to the OEM intake tube behind the bumper As for a "tangible effect", maybe, but getting the pod/intake air out of the hot engine bay is worth it psychologically to me, even if it gives no performance difference, so the tangible effect in my Lizard brain saysss yessss  In the end, to me a tangible effect isn't always about performance, sometimes it a sound or a look, or even a...... feeling  Ooga-Chaka Ooga-Ooga Ooga-Chaka Ooga-Ooga Ooga-Chaka Ooga-Ooga Ooga-Chaka Ooga-Ooga
    • yeah first and reverse is where you will find clutch release issues (whether hydraulic or mechanical) because the difference in revs required is the highest there; particularly changing down from 2nd to 1st when still moving. To be clearer though, it is possible that the clutch release bearing is the wrong height. This is less likely than a hydraulic issue but it is not unheard of when you are mixing and matching
