Car Hopping From Take-off

gday, i've been driving quite a bit in the past few days, and just arrived from NSW to Melbourne (roughly 500km drive). I gave my car a 1.5hour rest, then cruised around my area for a bit. Now my car is taking off from lights really weirdly. It seems to hop for the first metre or two (revs jump) then drives normally. At one stage, i put the pedal down when this was happening, and the revs went from 1>3>6>8 in 1st gear and i was going about 40km/hr max. It feels like my fuel pump is barely pumping any petrol in for the initial take-off? Could Also could be my clutch slipping? Not too sure.

Basics first,check plugs,fuel filter,clean afm and could even be injector stuck open.

If revs are flaring but road speed doesnt match its usually a clutch slipping.

alright guys! knew what the problem was. As i stated, i drove down from NSW to Melbourne, it was the shitty BP Ultimate i filled up with at some dero outback joint. The fuel was probably old as or something.
