RDA brakes has good prices for slotted discs. Best to get contact with them and get some quote. I had mine front in RDA slots, a lucky find on ebay a while ago, paid about $160 for the pair + shipping. My rears are still stock but I think for the price I got quoted (under $200 a pair for rear) won't mind upgrading the rears too.

Someone should start a grup buy on some slotted RDA's, I reckon they'd sell like crazy.

I need to get my front's machined, but am holding out to get some slotted discs.

I could probably ask the guy at RDA if they're willing to offer discount for group buys, and minimum order qty, etc. But if there's not enough actual intention here to really fork out some money to buy, it'll be a pointless exercise.

Alright, I've talked to the guy at RDA, they're willing to give a deal with group buy.

I'll start a new thread in GB section ASAP, give it about a week to see how many ppl are interested and what discs they want, then I'll get back to RDA and get a discounted price list.

After that we can organise the payments and getting the discs shipped to you or picked up.

I'll post a link here to the appropriate thread... keep a watch :)

    • Might be worthwhile hitting up Facebook's groups, I know most of them contain terrible people and scammers - however you might be able to find someone that's in Sydney with factory suspension you could purchase and/or hire. Just do not send any form of money anywhere, in person cash only.
    • Thanks @Duncan Ride height is fine. I think it's almost stock tbh. Happy to share a pic. I don't actually have a regular mechanic as haven't lived in Sydney too long. Could you or anyone recommend any shops in Sydney?
    • You just need a different blue slip shop (preferably one you regularly use as a mechanic), and make sure the coil overs are as close as possible to standard height
    • yeah the sugar refining companies were pushing for the same in Oz originally, all fuels were going to have 10% ethanol to make them "cheaper" (noting, that the loss in l/100 might be greater than the decrease in price). I guess they won that fight in Canadia
    • GTSboy, thank you again. i’ve been reading all the other SAU RB25 vacuum line threads and you have the utmost patience for people asking “where do my vacuum lines go”. it’s appreciated. i did also enlist a few other RB guys local to me.  i would like to run 5 to 4. turbo pressure side to wastegate actuator. i would like to run 3 to 1. power steering air valve line to intercooler outlet. (this is how it was previously). i was told 2 is the bleed port for the boost solenoid - which i’m not running - so should be capped.   anyone see any problems with that?
