Time to sell my pride and joy, to put a deposit on a house. Very regretful sale. This car is georgeous! Come and see for yourself. There are so many abused skylines out there, but this beauty has had nothing but TLC. Also very quick.

1993 NISSAN R32 Skyline GTS-t.

No tacky pathetic modifications here, just nice clean aesthetics thanks to the following:

-18" five spoke alloys.

-Tinted windows.

-Lowered suspension.

-Large cannon type exhaust.

-Original clean body work.(No immitation GTR crap. This GTS-t stands proud!)

-JVC cd player/tuner.

-Clarion 3 way 6x9 speakers plus amp.

-spotless interior.

-Mongoose alarm and immobiliser.

All show and no go? I dont think so! Mechanical Mods include:

-Upgraded, highflowed T3 turbo.

-Link Plus full engine management system.

-Upgraded fuel pump.

-Giant after market bar and plate type intercooler.

-3" cat back exhaust with 3" straight through cannon muffler.

-Custom 3" intake piping with AVO pod filter.

-HKS blow off valve. -Aftermarket boost gauge.

-Oil catch tank with breather.

-Turbo timer.

-Exedy racing clutch.

-New front Discs, calipers and pads all round.

-Strut braces front and rear.

Whats all this mean? It means this thing doesn't hang around. Currently running 12 psi and dyno tuned with 170 kw at the wheels. Was running 14psi and 186 kw at the wheels, but backed it off for everyday driving.

This thing hauls! Heaps left in it, these figures represent low boost pressures. with 16 or 18 pound this thing would be an animal! I had all mods done myself at well respected garages, with documents to back up performance figures and reciepts to show the money that has been spent. Inspection will definately impress.

Absolute joy to drive. 127,000kms. Come and see for yourself, make me an offer. She has to go. More photo's are available on request, just ask. Give us a call on 0439 396 943, and ask for Matt.

$16,000 ono

This car is worth a lot more than that.

Anyone who sees it will appreciate this.

I bought the car as stock auto for 14k coz it was the cleanest 32 I could find.

I then spent about 8k converting it to manual and upgrading everything around the engine except internals, to make it into the really nice car it is today. If I didnt have to sell it I wouldnt. But I have to.

Theres no way the cars worth 9k. I understand Im never gonna get all the cash Ive put into it back, but I need some. Someone is going to end up with a f*&ken sweet ride. The hard work is done, and the cash has been spent.

Thanks for your helpful comments though mate. Appreciate it, really....(head shake).

    • Oil change does not trigger code 21. Code 21 is for coilpacks primary side connection. You can try to clear the code with a battery disconnect, hold down the brake pedal to drain capacitors through the brake lights with the ignition on for 10-15 seconds before you reconnect the battery. I have seen R35 coil conversion permanently cause this code with no ill effects so it might be the resistance it wants to see isn't quite right on one or more coilpacks. Could be inside the ECU, could be the harness, could be a coil. You can test it all if you want or just ignore until the car actually starts misfiring.
    • I forgot you have a Nistune ECU. Use Nistune to do all the tests I mentioned instead of faffing with 30+ year old electrical connectors. You can read MAF volts off that too, there are reference values in the service manual to tell you roughly what it should be in different conditions.
    • No. I think it might be the AFM. Hence the use of the terms "swaptronics", which implies the use of swapping out electronics for the purpose of diagnosis. It's about the only way to prove that a small/niggling/whatever problem with an AFM or a CAS or similar is actually caused by that AFM/CAS/whatever. A known good item swapped in that still gives the same problem is likely to be caused somewhere else. They're all the same. Spraying AFMs with cleaner is an each way bet between cleaning it and f**king it.
    • Oh wow! This might actually work amazingly. Do you know the ratio of the diff? I was told the only thing you need to make sure of is if the front & rear diff ratios are the same. Ours is a 4.083 Thanks!
    • You think its the AFM? I know its a common issues on R32s. I find it coincidental how this issue raised right after cleaning the fuel system. As everything except the fuel system was fine before. I tried running it with the IACV unplugged but did not notice a difference and still stalled. However, the RPM gauge is not in the cluster right now, so I will need to connect the laptop again and use Nistune to check the RPM. I will check this weekend.
