you'll need a sandwhich plate for the oil filter or a relocator kit with appropriate sensor fittings. pretty much jus screw on the sensor to the plate/kit and run the wire back to the gauge.. and electrics jus +tive & -tive as usual.

hope that helps :D

Yeah thanks mate, but the gauge is mechanical it has no sensors

?... so you've just got the gauge? with no wirring?

the gauge only has a 12v light thats the only wiring on the gauge the rest is mechanicaly opreated.I just need to know where does the tube that feeds the gauge with pressurized oil go on the motor

same deal. the hose should have a fitting on it, probably 1/8NPT. you need to either replace a factory sensor, or get an adapter that will make 1 1/8NPT hole into 2, or use a sandwich plate with the right holes.

personally I wouldn't use one on a road car. The are not strictly legal either. plus it's pretty toasty, and messy if/when they rupture.

Ok cheers thats all i wanted to know, also the gauge is going under the bonnet as i dont trust it either but it is the most accurate way to check oil pressure
