Hello everyone

I just did a safe tune on the vehicle and it made a total of 648 rwhp @ 30 psi on a 10.2 AFR

I am going to do some more Tuning on it to get it to 720 or so RWHP But im waiting on a MSD dis 4 before i can run more boost and before i start bumping up the timing.ill hit the track next wenesday night.Aiming in the 9`s somewhere

Hopefully towards the end of the year i can run in the high 8 area,

I havent installed the CHUTE yet but i will after i get back on wenesday.

ILL post up some Dyno Picts and Videos soon3

Its still the RB25 Block just with GTR crank,Eagle Rods,Venoila 9.2 comp Pistons.

The car makes power to 9000rpm which will be fun at the track

When everyone sees us up there come up and say hello

but i got nitrous on till 18 psi so i can gety on boost quickly and it gets on boost around 5700

Ive had lnemup plates for around 4 years

and the venoila pistons are pretty good quailty so i shouldnt have a problem

    • I mean I agree. I've seemingly never had issues and I have RS4's in the rain, but I drive pretty slow in the rain, and I commute around on the street and pretty much never push it. But it's not like you're going to uncontrollably slide off the street with them in the rain. At least here in Aus. And I say this before I drive to Tassie in Winter. AS above, the term "Semi" is a bit of a misnomer. The ContiSportContact7 is also a "Semi" or a "UHP" tyre. It's the same category as an AD09 in any case.
    • These are not semis. None of the tyres in that comparo are semis. They are UHP tyres. Perfectly streetable. I'm on my second set of AD09, after using a couple of sets of AD08R. On the street. Every day. I get 15-20 thousand km out of them, which is perfectly acceptable. They are a really nice tyre to drive on. I have few, if any, complaints.
    • You'd hope, if it came from ACS, that it wouldn't be that.
    • Or the brand new throwout may be unhappy...
    • Thanks for the linkie. Certainly always a great deal of help when people post comparisons like these, but I think for now I'll stay away from any semi slicks. I did go ahead and order the sportcontact 7. My buddy has them on his modified A4 and he keeps saying how good they are. For my intended purposes these will probably work real well. I'll report on them once I had the chance to try them out
