ok ok

this is the way i've done it...

Fitted up new URAS brake shoes which fit straight in.

unwound the handbrake level completely

put disc on hub (over shoes)

adjusted the little cog at the bottom both sides until wheels wouldnt turn, and then wound a little off

put wheels back on

lowered down

adjusted (tightened with 10mm) at handbrake lever (and again...and again)

still not 100% happy with my result - is this how everyone else has done it?

you need to technicly, back of the handbrake lever till loose.

then tighten the handbrake drum til you cant tun it. then back off the adjuster 4 clicks till you can turn it with a very slight resistance.(not dragging but just there)

then do the same for the other side.

then adjust the handbrake lever to achieve a good holding efect with 4-6clicks
