i had my own for certain sites... cant even remember the auction site it was for but it was a major one which gave u access to bid at all the major auctions across Japan.

I spose i could just ask mark if i could register under his business name if he doesnt already have one.

nah not like that.... it would come up with all the vehicles that were going for auction on that day and u would put fwd the most u would pay etc and then someone in Japan would do the biding at whatever auction the car was located at for a small fee. Or u could do it the satelite way but i didnt have that obviously and couldnt iew that.... problem is now u have to have a proper business ABN to register now where as a few years back u only had to put down the location and name of the business u were running/working for and they actually check it all out... so i cant just re-register

was good for finding out how much cars were going for and what was coming up at the auctions.

this one was a pretty well known one... and as it had the satelite thingo it would be hard for them to hike the prices... unless of course u were biding from the only option i had :) which was by selecting the car then filling out the form.

stuffed if i can remember the name of it tho...

    • I know people cry at the price of the Getrag 12-14k for a conversion now, but it really is a nice mid point. Not going to get change from 10k on a gearset installed.  $30k++ for sequential.   I know you run the risk of a damaged used one and parts are hard to get but as a street car gearbox its really hard to beat. If you enjoy a more traditional manual, its the choice no question.
