Jezza1
hey guys.. just wondering im about to buy a skyline and just wondering if this car with its mods listed sounds right. ive seen on other posts that guys are getting up to 350rwhp with stock turbos and internals. just want to know what you guys think. the dude had it re-dyno'd today and it came out with 310rwhp. the guys at the dyno place said the turbo has been machined and is on its way out. The guy im purchasing it off is chucking in a New T3/T4 turbo with it.. good deal ya all rekon? BezerkR32
Not really sure what you want us to tell you, if the car has everything listed and the engine builder did a good job it sounds good. would cost you a lot more to buy a standard one and mod it yourself. just sonds like it wants some injectors and a bigger turbo and it will make 300kw. 1997 series 2 r33 skyline78,000km has made 357hp atw on 1.2bar (new wastegate spring being installed monday 21/10 will updatepower figure) also now sitting nearly 2 inches lower all round Engine (rebuilt approx 10,000kms old) - Apexi Power FC + Hand Controller - Apexi AVC-R - Apexi gt n1 pistons - Tomei 1.2mm head gasket (8.6:1 compression) - Trust TD06 - 20g - Tial 38mm external gate - Apexi GTR N1 exhaust - OS Giken twin plate clutch (new) - Tomei fuel pump - Tomei fuel pressure regulator - Blitz blow off - Blitz front mount - Apexi Power intake filter - NGK Iridium Plugs Gauges - Greddy boost - Greddy oil temp - Apexi RSM Wheels 18x8 & 18x9 5zigen Copse racing rims (9kg each) Brakes - new DBA slotted rotors front - new EBC red stuff pads - stock calipers Suspension - Tein HIA adjustable coil overs Misc. - Custom interior - C's short shift kit - ECM front spoiler - Ganador mirrors - silver tint - Big Alpine sound system and much more $60k to replace Serious buyers only. selling because my missus has a baby on the way and i need something more family oriented. $23,000 Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/140052-357rwhp-for-forgies/#findComment-2616017 Share on other sites

GTshortie
ive seen on other posts that guys are getting up to 350rwhp with stock turbos and internals. Stock Turbos for a r33 gts25t can't push up to 350rwhp=approximately 262rwkw. rwhp = rear wheel horse power rwkw = rear wheel kilowatt. Your typical STOCK turbo r33 gts25t usually can be pushed to 200rwkw = 267rwhp. For your reference a complete STOCK standard R33 gts25t usually have around 130-140rwkw = 170-187rwhp. if the car your buying has 310rwhp thats approximately 232rwkw. BTW 2rismo getting 355rwhp out of a stock turbo is with the help of 'NOS'! hope that gives you a better understanding. my 2cents.
