Corners are where the funs at ;)

There's a really cool hairpin at the end of the strip.

Every time I get there, I'm always tempted to just rip the car into that perfectly paved, wide open, 180 degree bend and just try and drift through it. ;)

I get the same urge..

on my last run out there i left the window down.As i was driving back one of the fire officials called me in and lectured me on the non-saftey and how my arms are prone to flying out in the event of an accident.I totally agreed with him,and diddnt argue the point.I diddnt even point out that if their officials were doing the job that they were supposed to be doing that i wouldnt have had the problem in the first place.lol.sad but true :P

    • Despite the level up question, actually I do know what that is....it is a pressure sender wire.  So check out around the oil filter for an oil pressure sender, or maybe fuel pressure near the filter or on the engine. Possibly but less likely coolant pressure sensor because they tend to be combined temp/pressure senders if you have one. Could also be brake pressure (in a brake line somewhere pre ABS) but maybe I'm the only one that has that on a skyline.
    • Pull codes via the self-diagnosis procedure. As far as I can tell this is just a sign of transmission issues but not a code unto itself.
    • Hi All, putting the engine back together and everything is perfect except have this plug left over.. any ideas what it is for and where it goes? Is on cold side under the intake plenum *note not a stock plug, as everything has been modified Cheers
    • Sounds like a misfire. Check fuel pressure and don't even think about going into boost while it's like this unless you enjoy engine rebuilds.
