Remove R32 Gts-t Front Bar

hi guys, did a search but cant find any info that really helps

how do i remove the r32 gts-t type m front bar? im assuming you have to take the bumper skin off before taking off the re-enforcement bar?

any info would be appreciated.

There are 7 bolts/clips in total.

3 on the front (you can see these when u open the bonnet)

2 below the indicators (need to take the indicators out)

2 at the very edge of the front bar close to the wheel.

Once you undo all these you can pull the bar off exposing the reo bar.

Then to take the reo bar off there are two f**k off bolts connected to the chassis rails (by memory) which you need to undo and she'll come off. Make sure ur carefull taking all this off tho, dont scratch ur paint and i would reccomend not doing it by yourself so someone can help you hold everything whilst u do it.
