Hi All,

There are a couple of Stag owners in another thread who are coming to Canberra for Summernats. Sounds like a good excuse to get together, and perhaps a bit of a cruise. We would get some great pics, and get to know more of our fellow stag owners in the process!

Anyone interested? :P

Im down, but whoever is organising this will have to get my number cause where im staying doesnt get reception in the caravan park only in the town, and i have no clue how to get around canberra

Done. Im there, hey. Will be a good opportunity for us all to show off.

Anyone else from QLD, cruising down would be a good idea, and a meeting place such as broadwater carpark (from the QLD meet) sounds like a good idea seeing as most of us have to go past it anyway.

Lets keep this topic as active as we can, fantastic idea. Long drive, but will be good to have all NSW, ACT AND QLD stags in for photos and a yarn. BBQ and shit.

Thats what I'm talkin bout!

There are plenty of places to cruise in Canberra too. I reckon a parade of Stageas would be pretty cool. We've got some pretty fine examples to show off. I know there are plenty of things to do over Summernats, but I'm sure a get together of Stagea owners would be a highlight. :(

Hmm, I'll be staying around home (Sydney) most of Christmas and New Year's, and have a wedding to attend on January the 5th. I've got no plans to come down to Canberra, but I do have relo's down there who I can stay with if I come.

Having NSW, ACT, Qld and Vic Stageas all together would be awesome!

I will be leaving Melbourne on Wednesday the 3rd at 6pm, will arrive in Canberra that night.

Leaving Canberra on Sunday morning.

I think the ideal time to meet would be Thursday afternoon, as I shall be at Summernats Friday/Saturday.

So a Canberrian organize something :(

well i know where to park for the nats as the area surrounding EPIC can get quite congested. We could all meet up in Dickson, the nearest shopping area, then drive up the road to the parking areas before going into the nats. it depends on what times/days people are arriving as most of the festivities occur on the saturday, especially at night :(

    • A bit late but A disk S13P fit over stock R32 GTR brakes, usually A disk front, O disk rear works.
    • Or, the height of the release bearing is not correct for your combo. Start with the bleeding and checking the slave moves throughout its range when you press the pedal (2 person required), but it is possible for the height to be internally wrong too (box back off to measure.
    • Yes, there's quite a few things that can go wrong during a clutch install. Very unlikely. I have a similar clutch. They (ACS) make good gear. No, it is not normal. It is possible that you just need to bleed the clutch slave. But the new clutch will also have a more aggressive actuation force/pressure, and so your old slave cylinder might be a bit leaky or otherwise compromised, and not up to the extra force required. Or the master cylinder, same.
    • Hi...so a "development" here aswell The swap is "done" and car went "test drive" BUT it seems the clutch(maybe gearbox?) is a little bit sad? I bought this clutch kit https://justjap.com/products/xtreme-heavy-duty-organic-clutch-flywheel-kit-nissan-skyline-r31-r32-r33-push-type "Problem" is that the first gear is hard to put into and it seems that the clutch is not disengaged. It was not the problem with the old clutch...(or like sometime the first gear would not get as easy specialy when the fluid was cold) So? Can it be like...bad "install" or is the clutch wrong ((it should not have been) i done research to get the right one) Or is this "normal" with new clutch and needs to be break in?
    • @Duncan I can try  and thanks i did not thought about VIN and part numbers for 33/34. @GTSBoy yeah it looks like iam gonna do that
