I took my r32 to a mechanic and they said that they believe I have the wrong lower front control arms on becuase after turning the steering wheel to one side it is not stopped by the control arms and there is a small gap? They said because of this there is more pressure on the steering racks and I have to take it to a suspension specialist.

Can someone give me help on this? If possible post a pic of the correct lower control arms for a R32 GTS-T or describe them.

The lower control arms on my car look like this (without the damage!) :

Well id say u need a new arm, or that one bent back to correct. If i were you i would just get a new or used arm, as it will be a pain to wheel align the bend out of the arm after you have corrected it. i.e. compensating for the arm not being perfectly striahgt.
