Wanted stock r33 gtst brake pads

I need a set of stock brake pads (F & R) even if they are half used...

I've got a front set of stock pads with *Jay run's into the other room* about 6-7mm of meat left on them....

Actually, looking at these, I'm not sure if they are stock !! Do the stock pad's have a green metal backing !!!

You mean the pad material?

I put EBC greenstuffs on the front, hence why I've got a spare set..

if jay's arent stock ill have the stock fronts i can sell to you by the end of this week ( getting some ebc greenies then) so make me an offer

Ummmm, how can I explain this.... The stock pads felt like standard pads, while the EBC's have more intial bite to them.

One of the reasons I got rid of the stock pads was cause they can be noisey. Sometimes they would squeal when pulling up at the lights. But the front disks were pretty glazed over too, so matbe that had something to do with it???

DJ - you'll like the greenstuffs Just make sure you get the disc's machined too. I got about 20% better braking from them...

yer the place im geting them done say i might not need machining, they'ree inspect when i come in or the brakes and if the discs need it they'll do it but they say sometimes they are still good for new pads (i doubt they'd wanna be dodgy as i'd be back quick smart if i ass-end saomeone coz the brakes they fitted failed to pull me up properly)

all places machine the discs to be safe when they replace the pads.. but they don't necessarily need to do.. then they pull you up on "minimum thickness" requiring new discs costing a lot - i think its the greatest scam in the automotive industry.

Yeah, that's true. I remember dropping my old car off for a tune and getting a phone call an hour later saying that all the pads need replacing and the discs need machining. I told him that I checked them a week prior and that he was trying to rip me off !!!

He's responce - oh, we'll check again, they might be OK then !!!

Anyway, Sidewaymambo - I've attached a pic of the pads I've got. Don't worry, I've got 4 pads, only took a photo of 2 of them

I might start a quick thread in the maintanace section to see if anyone has seen stock pads before. I'm nude on this, not sure if they are stock or not - I presume they are though.

There isn't any brand name stamped on them (if the were apexi ones etc, I'm sure it'd have their name stamped all over them - damn rice)

The numbers that are stamped on them are 6GXu 236M.

I'll see what I can find out.

I haven't had any luck yet with trying to confirm that they are factory pads

I've done a search around to see if I can find some pics on the net of stock pads, but again, no luck

mine are definitely stock pads (my car was 100% stock when it came in, ecu wasnt even touched so i doubt the pads were lol) so umm yer im taking my car in tomorrow to get brakes done so ill have them from tomorrow onwards (this is only the front ones)
