anyone know the stock fuel pressure on the gtst? and if i were to put on a nismo AFPR what would be a safe psi to start with.

bump......i just got my fuel system tested and nailed a whopping 55psi at idle! anyone know base value at idle on a rb20?????

- 37psi

- 43psi with vacuum hose to fuel pressure regulator disconnected

on boost;

- 43psi + boost psi

Thank you! along with this post id like to add. i have a USDM 240sx(180) with a RB20DET. i have got nothing but misinformation from my local mechanics costing me over 3000 in repairs on a car with just a fuel problem. THe original work was done on a KA24E and was scrapped thinking that the motor was the problem.........riiiigghhhtt sure enough i dropped in the RB and off the bat the car was surging,noticable power loss, missing and an increase in idle of 200rpm......the SAME symptoms that lead me to scrap the other motor. well enough bout that theres an article explaining nissans fuel systems voltage fluctuation....its about mid page and the second link is a stanza with good info. mind you not one mechanic told me of this ....grrrrrrrr
