Im currently looking at forking out for a set of Nismo LMGT4's 18x9.5" all around +12 offset with 265/30/18 tires (or was it 265/35/18). I drive a 32 gtr and was wondering if I could get them to fit without too much hassle.

I do some track work every month or so and am a bit nervous about when under heavy cornering loads and the like, will the slightly sticking out wheel do any damage to the guards or struts etc. (especially at higher speeds)?

My guess is they'll probably stick out a bit and I hope dialing in some -ve camber will solve the problem and get them to fit just within the guards?

What do you guys reckon? If it gives me too much problems (such as guard rolling/pumping/lipping) I'll probably just look at getting another set of wheels.

Thanks in advance

I strongly suspect you will have problems on the back if you are running a centre of tyre to guard height of 345mm as recommended. In anycase you don't want/need much -ve camber on the back.

The fronts should be fine with a useful amount of -ve camber.
