Removing Tail Lights On R33

it rained pretty heavily today and notied my rear left indicator/reverse light assembly is full of water like a fish tank lol... tried to take the light out but got stuck

i have removed the 5 (10mm size) bolts, and also a couple screws but it wont budge. is that all i need to remove? i assume it is only the glue holding it in?

where would sell that sort of glue as it is not silicone (remains sticky)... bunnings?
