Thats pretty much what I'm looking for right there.

Where is the car?

Who rebuilt the turbos? do you have receipts?

Are the people that did the work contactable?

And of course... pictures! I'd like a full set of pictures of the underbody taken about 2/3 of a meter from the body with a flash so I can try and spot any flaws etc. Inside the wheel arches and boot as well.

As well as pics of the interior and outside of the car.

THanks,

Ian

Ian, thanks for the reply,

-Car is in Wagga Wagga NSW, turbos were rebuilt by Eric Schlifner (not sure of spelling) who did all the work on the car, yes have receipts for everything (including papers from when car was imported etc - imported through powerplay imports), not sure where Eric is now, he used to be with Hypertech and before that his own business called Eric Engineering. Probably be able to do some checks on here about him, basically regarded as one of the better GT-R engineers in Oz. Will send pictures through to you over the weekend as I won't get a chance before then. Thanks again,

Jarrod.

    • This is what I could find on Minkara which has at least something on pretty much anything to do with the Japanese car industry. It had all HVAC including A/C still fitted (A/C condenser and radiator were moved to the boot) and it ran a 9.7 sec quarter mile. Somewhat of a legend among GT-R and drag enthusiasts then and now. If you're wondering if it was a reputable shop, then yes it was.
    • Are you guys familiar with this shop? Sounds like you might have come across Fujii?
    • @Rezz our resident japan guru!
    • Hey guys I’m looking to buy an r32 gtr and it looks like the shop who’s done some work on the motor was done at Fujii Dynamic in Japan. Looking to find if anyone is familiar with this shop since there not much info I could find.    All I could find was the owner has passed away early 2000s and had previously owned a 1000hp r33 for drag racing.
    • GTR front looks good. If you don't like it, I'll swap you a rolling shell R33 for it. Give you a fresh base to start with.
