Hey all,

Going off another request from a fellow SAU R34GTT Member, I've helped to source a supplier who is willing to do us a deal on R34GTR Rear Spoilers. Unlike my other group buys on Fibreglass / Carbon items, the supplier is local (SRS Auto)

Anyways; here's the product description:

R34GTR OEM Rear Spoiler (copy)

* 4 piece construction (2 stands, 2 wings)

* Bottom wing and stands made from FG

* Top Wing Blade made from CF

* Top Wing Blade Adjustable

Pricing:

Each unit retails for $495.00 (incl. GST) + Freight (pickup from Sydney is fine)

If we get 5 orders; I've been advised that a 10% discount will follow so you're looking at $465.00 each

Delivery:

I have no idea how i'm going to go about sending spoilers around the country if this happens to go ahead but I will reserve this bit to a PER APPLICATION basis. Things like packaging, insurance and all that will most definitely be a requirement I would say.

Photos:

None as of yet, but I have requested them in high-definition. Will post as soon as they are available.

Lead Time:

I've been told that they will have a 5 week lead time on these so if you're keen; it will be payment followed by 5 weeks before the the wing hits Sydney (from wherever the hell they get made).

All depends on whether the GTR wing bolts straight onto the GTT wing... I've been told that this is an exact copy of the GTR wing even down to the bolt measurements.

Hmm, I'm thinking of a flat-bootlid for my R33, and putting this wing on the back. I have seen it done with a GTT wing but I admit it looked a little small.

Then I can get the R34 GT-R front end conversion from Japan.. ooh yeah, then I'll pick up a cheap R32 RB26...

How much are R34 GT-R's lately, Might be cheaper :)

What do you guys think it will look like on an R32? Or would a twin blade aluminium one look better. I'm hopeless with these things :)

has anyone ever come across a photo of this GTR wing on the back of a 4 door R34? (can they post it up if they have)

I have a carbon R34 rear wing. Top blade is carbon, so are the end caps, as are the 2 support uprights.

6 pieces in total

I think the support uprights are longer and can not see any join in the carbon mat.

excellent quality....made in Japan and imported by me....but cost me more than twice the price of this group buy.

If anyone in Brisbane is interested in having a looking...PM me.

    • Hello!  i just finished manual swaping my r34 skyline with a r33 rb20de box(RB71C)box  When the car is running it squeaks crazy loud and it was smoking from the gearbox area. The gearbox is fine it was tested. The clutch slave cylinder seems like it doesn't fully releases the clutch. I want to ask if this noise is from the throw out bearing or could it be the clutch assembly or disk att.xFliq87Gzw6kImKBVqDebXkj0fBqymk0JaYeP3_3SlM.mp4
    • A few small updates since the previous post and lessons. I decided to do a little interior light upgrade on the 110. I quite like the iilumo items, even if they're a bit of a premium over other brands. You'll also note the Stedi Fogs, that will go into the S15 fog lights as I needed to match the bulbs since I got the new ones earlier. I hope they fit as the body is quite a bit longer than your normal bulb.  Annoyingly, I managed to trip the fuse, which normally wouldn't be an issue until I located the fuse. I can't say I've ever come across this. I had lucked out that someone nearby had a spare, but oddly enough Toyota dealerships seem to keep this in stock. I ordered some to keep in my stash and as luck would have it, someone else nearby tripped the same fuse so I passed on the favour.  I also did a little service on the 110 ahead of some additional work coming up. It's been annoying that Goleby's stopped carrying this particular HKS filter for the 110, so now I need to keep them on order from Japan. I also took the opportunity to install a bash plate and number plate riser. The plate riser is such a cheap but nice fix to help really tidy up the car. I'm tempted to now also replace my headlights, on this car. Both items were from Project Aero.    I also needed to replace the rear tyres on the 110, and after trying to get it aligned learnt that I need to replace some bushes in the front end, so that's next.  Closing out this update with a nicer picture as always!
    • Yeah mate, never miss it.
