Hks Electronic Boost Controller

Hey guys,

I just got my 180sx import a few days ago and I noticed that the boost controller it came with is set to 1bar (isn't this a bit high?? correct me if iam wrong but shouldn't it bit around 0.6 for stock boost)!!! The worrying thing is that its running with stock intercooler at the moment!!

Does anyone know how to turn down the boost level on one of these HKS EVC? Ive looked all around the net for the damn user manual for this particular boost controller, but haven't had any success in finding the right one. What model controller is this?

that is an EVC 4

its very easy to use, you should be able to dial the knob to the amount you want (if it flashes low or high just wind it high or low till it goes away and then start again)

also press the ALT button to alternate between you high and low setting, maybe its on high at the moment
