Tein Coilovers

i have just bought a 33 that came with adjustable tein coilovers, but i have reason to doubt that the front settings are equal.

just curios as to whether the left and right dampner adjusters turn the same way or in opposing directions,

can any one shed some light on the subject for me

clockwise for harder, anti clockwise for softer. all 4 dampers adjust the same way.
