Turbo Not Boosting

Hello,

I have a friend whos skyline wont spool up when set on high boost but when set on low it boosts and holds strong till redline.I have no idea whats wrong with it.This started occuring after all his interior was stolen (dvd player,HKS EVC IV,APEXi boost gauge bucket seats etc etc).when he bought everything back($8000 worth excl.DVD)it started doing this.For the past 5-6 months the car has been running on low boost and i really need to know whats wrong.

There is clearly a wiring issue here i would imagine.

Its going to require the full wire inspection of the EBC, there could be other issues as frayed wires causing something to earth when it should not be and so on.

You really need to consult an expert in person for this one
