Scratches In Interior Panels. Can They Be Repaired?

Guys I've been wondering if the scratches in the plastic bits hilighted in red in the pictures could be repaired somehow? Mine are pretty deep so I'm not sure what to do. Are there professionals which do these kind of things?

yep yep... people come out on site to do them, have a look in your local directory, usually its like $40 or so per hole i think... but different people charge different prices but interior plastic panels can be fixed
